We carry new and pre-owned items.  The item will be labelled “new” if it’s brand new.

We sell absolutely any items for women, men, kids and pets.

No, you can find us exclusively online at the moment.

You can text or email us directly and we will do our best to accommodate the change.

You can view images and videos of the product but unfortunately, there are no in-person viewings.

We Shop Extra is only dedicated to family, friends and friends of friends.  A referral is required.

ORDERS & SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer in-person pickup or a $15.00 flat shipping fee within Canada ($20.00 to United States).

Before checkout, please contact We Shop Extra by email or text to set up a time and location mutually agreed upon between yourself and We Shop Extra.

For Canadian orders, the timeframe is within 1-2 weeks. For US orders, the timeframe will be within one weekPlease note: shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and any unexpected circumstances.  Delivery times are always estimated but never guaranteed. 

You can pay the difference in shipping fee.

Yes, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

We Shop Extra is always open to meeting buyers in person and to deliver the item without having the customer incur an additional shipping cost upon checkout.

Yes, there is an additional 3% surcharge added upon checkout.

Our prices include sales tax on our items.

Yes, 25% down payment for items that are over $500.00 can be e-transferred directly to us.  The remaining amount must be paid within 30 days.   If 30 days has passed and the remaining amount is still not received,  the initial down payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Yes, we are the only consignment website that allows price negotiations.
